SMS Brandname registration procedures

SMS Brandname has two kinds of sms:

Type 1: Advertising SMS Brandname

Type 2: Customer service SMS Brandname

What is the difference between these two types?

Type 1: Advertising SMS Brandname is used for advertising products or propagate brand,…Message contents need to be approved by network operators before sending

Type 2: Customer service SMS Brandname is used for taking care of customers: annoucement, happy birthday, tet holidays,…Message contents needn’t to be approved by network operators, they can be sent immediately

Therefore, registration procedures of these 2 types are different

Registration procedures for advertising sms

Step 1: Prepare documents

1. Download Brand name registration form, fill in the information, sign and stemp (SpeesSMS-brandname advertisementme)

2. Origional Business Registration Certificate or notarized version

3. Prepare a list of customers receving messages in excel file (no need to classify into network operators)

4. Prepare message content in vietnamese without tone marks. Viettel network operator requires a message of 160 characters in vietnamese without tone marks. Vinaphone and mobifone network operators require a message of 122 characters in vietnamese without tone marks

Step 2: Take photo or scan documents and then send documents + excel list of customers + message content to email address: [email protected]

Step 3: SpeedSMS receive and process the documents. After 2-3 working days, SpeedSMS will send result report to customers

Registration procedures for customer service sms brandname :

Step 1: Prepare documents

1. Download  Brand name registration form, fill in the information, sign and stemp (SpeedSMS – Brandname advertisement)

2. Origional Business Registration Certificate or notarized version

Note: Brand name needs to be in relations to the company or products. For example, brand name ccan be similar to company’s name/products. For domain brandname, customers need to have domain contract with suppliers

Brandname in prioritized fields such as education, healthcare need to have operating licenses (School establishment license, medical practice services,…) issued by authorities ( required only for private establishments)

Step 2: Take photo or scan documents and then send them to email address: [email protected]

Bước 3: SpeedSMS receives and processes your  brand messaging service registration file, completion time is from 03 to 07 working days. After you finish, visit the address: http://connect.speedms.vn log in with your registered account and send a message with the registered brand name to your customers.
